Villain is 31/25 F3bet 75% samplesize only 150hands. So to find out if he is a guy who gives up too much as it seems I think this is okay to 3bet.
Turn c/c or betting I'm not sure how mutch it actually matters whether to c/c or bet. We dont have mutch value against worse and I dont think TT type of hands are going to bet very big but they still call - so c/c may be better. River we hit the straight but the worst straight - villain has TT, 99,88 quite strongly in his range as well as other Tx and TJ, 78,98 maybe. I dont think he bluffs the river that often because 99, TT are also in my range. I'm not saying that I'm sure this was a good fold but if we think what's the top of our range after the action we took it's Tx and 99 this holding is in the middle and villain can have a lot better hands -> fold.
