Hey Jawoftheox,

Preflo open-raise is good. Vs this small 3bet we can't really fold, calling OOP is likely the best option.

Flop check to PFR is fine.

We should lead the turn for value, your sizing is fine.

We should bet the river for value. Sizing is fine, doesn't want to be any large. Generally speaking this river raise from our opponent is very unlikely to be a bluff at this limit. We can safely play bet/fold on the river.
