Have you followed all steps while registering to the site,
Did you enter your pokerstars details back here on pokerstrategy to let us know which account to track?
If you made all these steps described in registering process, and still not tracked, please send a ticket to our awesome support, and they will quickly get back to you with more precise information.

Also, have in mind that points appear here on your account with certain delay, up to few days, so maybe they just didn't appear yet.
