MP showed 8 8 and won $40.11 ($29.61 net)
Hero mucked 6 A and lost (-$10.50 net)

All players on this table except UTG were playing on an ipad so I assumed I could call a6s and that at least one more player would join in.

Is flop and turn alright? Should I have raised flop?

Hi clawindsouza

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: You flopped the nuts and then pretty much keep the pot as small as possible? Why?

I'd at least consider raising the river but really we should have raised much earlier. Yes, boats are possible but also plenty of draws or pair hands and even worse flushes.

I feel that you will lose max when you have the worse hand (imagine bigger bets) and win the least when you have the best hand (like here) with your line.
