I am the caller here, he skipped his cb and raises me with a 3% stats.

thou if you want to talk about his raise cb stats = 17%

which kind of huge i guess

I would never fold a set for 100bb on a blank runout, even in the nittiest of fullring games. I don't think your reads are strong enough to justify a fold.
