Poker Stars, $0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

BTN: $241.98 (242 bb)
Hero (SB): $139.93 (139.9 bb)
BB: $113.73 (113.7 bb)
UTG: $147.65 (147.7 bb)
MP: $64.95 (65 bb)
CO: $100.50 (100.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K A
UTG folds, MP raises to $3, CO raises to $9, BTN folds, Hero raises to $21, 2 folds, CO calls $12

Flop: ($46) 3 7 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $13.50, Hero folds

MP 31/31/0 after 14 hands, probably some aggro fish (or midstacker)

CO 24/18/10 after 570 hands
AFq flop 35

CO could isolate MP wider than usual, so I think it's a clear 4bet for value preflop.

Postflop? Stack-pot ratio is awful, as pot is 46$, effective stack is 79.50$. Just cbet smallish, and give up unimproved if he calls or raises? Or x/call? Does it make any difference if I have the A:h or K:h?
I'm really clueless how to play this post...

I'd check fold here but bet if I had the A  since we can barrel a heart on the turn whereas here you can't really do much.

For those odds I don't see how you can check-fold. Just check-call and check-fold the Turn. I don't think you should be betting cos it doesn't accomplish anything.

If we assume that hero 4bets cold in this spot
AQ AJ maybe also KQ, what hands is hero cbetting? Do we bluff with kq aj and value kk+ and some
QQ and bluff catch tt jj some qq and ak?

Or maybe cbet all value with best bluffs and give up only kq because
Villians range doesnt hit the board at all?

We shuld ask ourselves whether AK plays better as a checkcall or a bet. I think AQ is too weak to checkcall and AK is close. We can bet some AQ AJ KQ combos to balance our value hands

Rmb if u are afraid of getting blown off your AK the simplest solution would be to start checking some AA and KK combos.
