What do you guys think about this? Think about it seriously, i think its a okey fold, but defently borderline.. i can live with it if hes got air, but dont thinks thats the case often enough..
He was a pretty std reg.. dont think hes going out of line alot there :x
Why not bet the flop?
If he has no diamonds, or one small one, he has to fold.
By the river, you have as much as said you don't want this pot.

betting flop is ok I think, as played I don't think folding is bad if he is a straight forward tag, you rarely see regs betting with complete air or even tp on that kind of spot tbh. folding is def on the nitty side, but I guess calling turn and folding any river except for the sole A 
is fine too. what's kinda scary about his bet is that he is clearely setting stacks for a river shove, wich might suggest that he has the effective nuts somehow.
and preflop when he 3b that big vs your UTG open, just 4b 3-3.5x, we are deep and he is prob never folding when he 3bets that big.
As played on the flop and with the turn check, you have tried very hard to tell him that you don't want this pot.

We don't WANT him to fold, but the flop is an action killer.
If we bet, and he does, fine, we can accept that.
If he does NOT fold, then he defines his hand for us, does he not?
If we don't bet the flop, can we ever expect to be able to win this pot?
--Other than by doing what villain did?
How often to we have to be ahead to call the river?
How often does villain have to be folding to make raising the river profitable?
How much more credibility do we have if we bet the flop -- or even delay our CBet til the turn?
I'm asking -- as I said, I don't play at this limit.
