Hi,

First of all, I'm not a coach. But I will still take a look at this!

When he just flats pre it usually means he doesn't have AK here or QQ, but sometimes he could be doing it for balance or because he thinks you will call with better or so. Anyway, some statistics would help evaluating here. This situation is whole different if you have like 200 hands on him and his AF is 0,2 than if he has AF of 3,4.

Anyway, I think when he raises on flop you could 3-bet, if you believe he could 4-bet bluff with worse. I think you could raise/call flop and shove any blank turn in this spot when he is practically committed with his bluffs (and value hands).
