Villain is reg, stats, 7-9 handed: 15/12/36(steal)/4.2(3bet)/77(blind fold to steal)/59(fold to cbet), 3.6k hands. I would assume villain has very few if any Ax (beside AA possibly) in his flatting range with these shallow stacks.

So I cbet as this flop doesnt really hit his range that much. Villain call and I am planning to check turn and check river unimproved and give up. But villain then bets turn. So I think he has no Ax most of time and K high type of hand would likely just check turn. Meaning that he either has Qx, AA, KK or air float. I decide to go for check-shove bluff. It doesn't have to work that often. Somewhat dirty though if he does have some sort of J  T  and calls off

I think JTo would also likely check behind more often than bet as it does have decent showdown value.

He is such a nit, his flop call range is nearly 100% Qx. only other hand is KT/JT.

I don't think this play is profitable because I don't expect him to have a non-value hand here often enough. I would just c/f turn.
