Any reads on that guy who 3-bets?

The size of the 3-bet is so huge that I think it's never a bluff. If we were to think that it is a bluff or a hand that folds against further aggression, we could 4-bet/fold. So your options are generally folding or 4-betting here, never calling.

Pretty much this.

Its also important to consider relative positions. He's squeezing an EP open and MP caller so his range is going to be stronger than say the BB squeezing a BTN open and SB call.

This for me is a fold.
