Preflop: I rather 4-bet bluff than call this OOP without info.

Postflop: What's the plan on a blank card? As played I think folding the river is most likely best.

Bogdan you mean a blank card on the river?If he shoves on the river his range is polarized to the nuts or air so I may be tempted to call as I feel there are many times that he has nothing.What's your view?

Yes, a blank card on the river as the turn is pretty blank as it is.

If let's say the river was a 4h how often do you expect a 5nl reg to barrel 3 streets BTN vs UTG on that board? I wouldn't expect it often.

Why wouldnt he shove the river as a bluff or 3 barrel? I am a micro stakes player and i would have shoved that river if u checked to me with air. Tough spot. Maybe reraise get it in on the turn or flop? i dont know.

Well against a reg I would call 3 barrels but against this guy I would certainly give it a thought.I mean he is more on the lagy side thats why.Again I don;t have may hands but that my perception of his playing style.

54 hands is not a sample to go by often unless you've seen some crazy lines/showdowns.

Regardless I think that at 10nl we shouldn't call this UTG vs BTN without some info so we shouldn't get in this spot a lot.

But generally he has AKdd, AA x 6, KKx 3, QQx1 and possibly more flushes that would all valuebet shove (assuming we think that his bet sizes on flop/turn are the same with all the range).

That's at least 11 hands that we lose to. Now add in AQ which could do this two and that adds 8 combos. So you are getting close to 20.

So you need to find a bit more than a handful that can bluff and a lot of micro players shut down on blanks in fear of not getting folds or not having the guts to fire it.
