trying to think of hands he could call. can't think of much. even a Q should fold against reasonable UTG opening ranges 3barreling here.
a 6 and KK are the only hands which could call. there shouldn't be too many 6s, hands from his pre range with a 6 are usually something like 6789. you block some of these combos and he might lead these hands otf sometimes.
KK seems very likely as well as QQ. since he is a nit and probably even folds KK here i guess i just check back.

Spoiler

it's hard typing this

Hi,

easy vbet there imo. He should be leading his boats.

why should he lead boats?
hero would fold a ton of busted draws, but might be barreling. hero might even make a thin vbet with AA or a straight. when leading a boat i doubt hero would call a lot, as a straight also got there. i think even AA would fold to a lead.

edit: most 6s are gonna bet again and villain can then c/r boats

They lead because they know people aren't bluffing rivers nearly as often enough. After you get twice on that board you also shouldn't really have many bluffs in your range apart from the busted NFD, which also has to fear being called there. And at PLO50 there aren't many players that vbet KK or AA there.

You argue hero could make a thin vbet with AA, so why not make it with a 6?

Skod
