Will a call on the flop be +EV with that bet size?

Could have I played the QQ any different way to be more profitable and not put in a difficult spot?
Is it a good play to just flat the UTG open?

Hey Bob!

On micro and lowstakes queens are a clear value3bet in most spots (as players tend to call too wide). You could make it like 2,7k pre. 3k is a little bit big ip.

as played easy fold against 2 opponents in 3way pot
