Why cbet on the flop?

Maybe a hand like KJo makes some sense to bet flop, c/c turn. JJ is probably a c/c flop.

About villains value range, he mostly has TP, sets and 2P. Probably just 1 or 2 straight combos.
I see up to 31 value combos in his river range and up to 20 bluff combos. I don't think that's enough to call down because we don't know about villains tendencies to bluff mid 1P on the river. He might also 3bet AJs+ and/or weak Axs, or fold weak Axs, further reducing the number of bluffs.
I'd ch/f on the turn.

I also think ch/c on the flop is best.

Imo bet flop is ok if he is floating a lot and
Betting turn so i would in that case
C/c turn with KJ, KQ and would call river
With kx fold jj, qq, tt

Hey,

You really need villain to be calling all AQ/AJ/AT combos pre, on flop and then bluff a decent percentage of those on turn and river to make this calldown good.

You can also c/c TT-QQ, together with KJ. With KJ anyway you hardly have 3 streets value unless he is a fish.
So when villian knows you c/c those hands and that he cant exploit you by bluffing, then he will also be less aggressive (less bluffy), so you can also check flop with low equity hands and delay cbet turn with 2nd pairs and KJ together with bluffs. So that way you also bluff successfully with all hands you would bluff with betting all 2nd pairs and Kx, but this way you dont bet with 2nd pairs flop which is like semi bluff, and then have tough decision on turn and river and end up posting a hand in forum :)

Hey,GK

seems like a good plan....but I think it depends on your approach in 3b pots....

As u said after V sees my hand,I should cb flop,x/c down nutted hands...this way I CAN'T be exploited...

Posting hands in the forum is +EV,so I don't mind :f_p: :f_p: :f_p: :f_p: :f_p:

Called OTR to gain info...useless because villain had 22 _o:

Sure posting is great, I just made a joke about it, to tell you indirectly that you with that line came to the situation where you are not sure what to do, and concenquence is that you post a hand in a forum.

I also used to play the same way as you in 3bet pot, the reason was that I dont want to be cappt by creating this check/call range, but coatch mlbm (I missspell the name probably) convinced me to play that way.

Maybe cbetting 100% on this flop isn't the best strategy? ;) But I still think that my last post kinda covers the turn/river thought process aka what needs to be true for this calldown to be good.

Actually 40% fold vs cbet isn't that wide at all, he should be defending flop around 33% in average, but also we can't expect him to float wide on Axx, Kxx boards where hero's range hits hard? Also 60% bet turn vs missed cbet looks decent imo, so I don't think that he has wide range enough to call even turn with JJ? So we can't expect this guy to float AT-AQ hands, right?

River he bets 78s,89s, 77-99 = 13 value combos (maybe also KQ in reality it is nuts vs hero's c/c range).

He needs to bluff 13 * 0.28 = 4 combos, so that we can call +EV.
I can see only AdQd, AdJd, JdQd, JdTd, but we are not sure if he bluffs all of them, also we are not sure if he value bets KQ which would be very bad for hero. He could float with AdJo, AdQo and bluff ...

I'd be shocked if nl100 reg doesn't value bet Kx on turn & river... :f_eek: :f_o: Your value range is clearly too tight, which in turn means he can also have more bluffs.
