I had a problem a day or two ago where I could open no site in Europe (I'm in Canada)

I checked http://www.outageanalyzer.com/ and a couple of local ones.
From their data it appeared that I could access anything in North America, but that was about it.

The problem lasted nearly an hour.

I also used pingplotter to do a trace-route to pokerstars and to PokerStrategy.com, and both failed on my side of the Atlantic.

Cheers,
--VS

Works my end but it is not "instant".

It takes a few milliseconds more than it "should".

Have you tried asking their support guys?

Actually I accidentally reinstalled .net client and not .eu client. Now that I installed .eu again I have same problem as noragaza1 here.

e. For some strange reason I`m not able to go to .eu or .fr websites either.

I reported this problem to PokerStars support and I send some .log files to them. It revealed that the issue occurs because a tracking software.

Then they send me these instructions:

Hello Mikko,

Thank you for your email.

When reviewing your log files I found that they contained errors.

I can confirm that we have seen similar reports in the past, unfortunately often caused by third party tools.

Upon feedback from our development team, we kindly ask to perform troubleshooting steps in following order:

1. Uninstall your tracker software: Control Panel -> Programs -> Uninstall Program

2. Backup your player notes located in the PokerStars settings folder:

Click on Start -> Search, copy/paste the following into the Search box and press enter:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PokerStars.eu

Find the file "notes.YourUserID.xml" and copy it to a safe location like your Desktop

3. Navigate one level up to the parent directory ..\AppData\Local and delete the PokerStars folder.

4. Uninstall the PokerStars client through: Control Panel -> Programs -> Uninstall Program

5. Navigate to C:\Program Files and manually delete the PokerStars folder

6. On completion of deleting all PokerStars files make sure that you have logged into Windows using an account that has Administrator rights. The next step is to ensure that UAC is enabled as having this disabled may cause the software to not run:

To do this go to the Control Panel then type UAC into the Search box in the top right hand corner of the window. Please click on the link that says Change User Account Control Settings. Once the window loads please ensure that the slider bar is on Default which is the second option from the top.

7. Once this is done, restart your computer.

8. Download the latest PokerStars installer from our website:

http://we.tl/tfBc8UPa6n

9. Please install PokerStars into the default directory of C:\Program Files\PokerStars.eu and then try running PokerStars again *without* installing a 3rd party tracker

If the crash occurs again, we kindly ask for set of new log files.

If software works correctly and it is stable, please reinstall your tracking software. However, please make sure that you use most recent version.

At this point, you can restore your player notes by copying the notes.YourUserID.xml file back in the PokerStars settings folder.

In regards to the website issue this has been reported to our development team and we hope to have the issue resolved soon.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Best Regards,

Robert

After reinstalling PokerStars.eu worked fine again but as soon as I reinstalled Pokertracker 4 (version v4.14.7) PokerStars client crashed again.
