$0.08/$0.16 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BB (Hero)$16.00:///////;MP3$10.97:///////;CO$35.20:///////;BU$17.37:///////;SB$16.25:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BB with J:c, T:c.
3 folds, SB raises to $0.40, Hero calls $0.24.

Flop: ($0.8) 8:c, A:h, 2:c (2 players)
SB bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40.

Turn: ($1.6) 2:d (2 players)
SB bets $0.81, Hero calls $0.81.

River: ($3.22) 6:c (2 players)
SB bets $1.92, Hero ???.

Final Pot: $13.14.

SB stats: VPIP: 15, PFR: 13, 3B: 3, AF: 12.0, Hands: 232

My first question is should I call the turn that paired the board, given some reverse implied odds?

And is there a value raise on the river?

Hi elpsycho

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop:if we look at his bet sizings we can assume that he is quite weak there or do you really expect value hands to bet like that (top value hands)?

And as played I don't think you have much of a value raise now because I doubt Ax pays (unless maybe we raise small). And it would be a raise/fold./
