PokerStars - $0.50 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 60.02 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, Hands: 1)
SB: 144.74 BB
Hero (BB): 100.5 BB
UTG: 151.48 BB (VPIP: 23.12, PFR: 18.05, 3Bet Preflop: 8.36, Hands: 1,649)
MP: 78.94 BB (VPIP: 28.40, PFR: 20.19, 3Bet Preflop: 6.55, Hands: 439)
CO: 101.68 BB (VPIP: 20.51, PFR: 15.02, 3Bet Preflop: 6.84, Hands: 279)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 9♦ J♦

UTG raises to 3 BB, fold, CO calls 3 BB, fold, fold, Hero calls 2 BB

Flop: (9.5 BB, 3 players) 2♦ 3♣ 3♦
Hero checks, UTG bets 5.76 BB, CO calls 5.76 BB, Hero calls 5.76 BB

Turn: (26.78 BB, 3 players) K♠
Hero checks, UTG checks, CO checks

River: (26.78 BB, 3 players) T♠
Hero bets 18 BB, fold, fold

Is flop worth of flatting on paired board? I thought sometimes J or 9 will also be good.

River bet, even though I dont rep much?

Hey GingerKid,

Preflop fine.

I would definitely peel one with our draw here. Obviously not the greatest texture but I'd imagine it's too tight to fold. We just need to be cautious on later streets if we hit, so our implieds are not quite as good as they might be. 3-way we get better direct pot-odds though.

Turn is fine.

River bet is fine. There are some Kx and even 3x combos we might have, also TT. So even if we are repping a little narrow, there are hands we can legitimately have + UTG and CO both look pretty weak by the river with this line.

How standard is our flat here PF? I wonder if we need stats on OR in order to do this (I know odds are ~21 but still).

We have a pretty decent speculative hand and very nice pot-odds. Essentially it means we don't really need to do that much postflop, we can primarily play fit or fold, so I can't really see myself folding this preflop.

I forgot to mention that leading flop is also an option here.

I mostly lead flop multiway especially with fish or with passive pfr, but here
I would mostly rep what i have so i didnt lead.
Vs 2 regs i lead all hands that i continue on drawy boards and on dry i check only because i expect more cbet bluffs on dry board?

I think probably fine not to have a leading range on dry textures.

Although seeing as guys will cbet less 3way (regardless of whether the texture is drawy/dry) I kinda like the idea of leading things like overpairs so we don't give free equity to a bunch of overcards. So not sure if it's true to say we rep exactly what we have here if we were to lead.

I have done this b4 but usually turn gets so awkard when you get flated by PFR since his range is a lot stronger than ours. Are we supose to mostly c/c turn when that happens or c/f?

Assuming PFR is a lot stronger than us after he calls that would mean he's folding some hands on the flop which is why we profit.

As for turn play it depends on the card, if it's decent we can bluff. Something like K:s on turn might be pretty decent to fire again. Leading out multi-way and firing two looks pretty strong. Otherwise if suspected that we have no FE we can just check and play according to pot odds, although our implieds always suffer on a paired board with FD especially when only J-high.

If we had 88 in this spot and donk it, how are we supose to plan turn vs 1 opp? Do we assume we are always behind in EQ%?
