Hi CustardKid,

Push/fold depends on stack size, and equally important are the stack sizes of everyone else at the table.

For example, if you are 2nd by a wide margin with two short stacks on the bubble, you won't be going in against the chip leader with these ranges -- or maybe you would, I'm no SnG player.

Really tough to comment on these ranges w/o a lot more information.

It's a cash game on 888poker called push or fold, you can sit with a max of 5bbs but its not capped you can get up to 40bbs and its all im play, does this help a little more?

Sorry, I thought that it was a tournament structure.

So you're at a table with 5? other players.
Two people post blinds.
Everyone at the table either pushes or folds.
Reload if busto, repeat til broke.

To play this sort of game, you REALLY need to know your your multi-way equities.

I don't. Equilab could certainly help create a set of ranges though.

I have a suggestion, though.
Why not pretend that it IS a tournament.
Look at the standard push/fold charts for the various stack sizes and positions and compare them to yours.

Adjust as necessary.

Yes that's exactly right, also I forgot to mention it's in 1/2c stakes since at the moment I'm just playing with free money.

I have been using equilab a little bit I think ill check some torny pushing ranges, that sounds like a good idea, thanks for the advice.
