Link shorteners should in general be fine as they just link one link to another. Test them yourself however in order to see if they don't cut out your unique referral code (unlikely, but who knows).

Also, try to explain the benefits of signing up to PokerStrategy.com, maybe link some content piece - maybe a hot news article or some of our strategy articles.

I think new rule is better ,I can't earn money for every 25 point from every refer(it is easy than before )
