I lose no matter what time of the day it is ♦
Moving to General Poker Discussion for more exposure.
It would seem to me that you would want to play at a time when the casual players are off work.
So at certain times of day, you find a lot of Europeans/Russians then at other times of day, the players from the Americas.
So it is a matter of who you want to play against.
I SO miss the Americans!

For me personally I register between 7pm & 10:30pm (GMT) because I play buy ins from $2 to $5.
It really all depends on what stakes you play and how much traffic you prefer. Friday-Sunday would obviously be the times with the most tourneys and traffic I would imagine although I can only speak for Stars.
