$0.25/$0.50 No Limit Holdem

Stacks:
UTG Player4 ($71.65) 143bb
UTG+1 Player5 ($50) 100bb
CO gAsheks ($52.10) 104bb
BTN Player1 ($48.25) 97bb
SB Player2 ($66.66) 133bb
BB Player3 ($50) 100bb

Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 6 players) gAsheks is CO
Player4 calls $0.50, 1 fold, gAsheks raises to $2, 2 folds, Player3 raises to $5.25, Player4 calls $4.75, gAsheks calls $3.25

So BB doesn't seem too 3bet happy over 250h. Its like 4.5%-5%.
UTG is complete unknown. Should i expect him to come over the top with nuts? Is my preflop call correct IP?

Flop:

Spoiler

Flop: ($16, 3 players)
Player3 checks, Player4 bets $15.50, Hero??

How should we plan our hand here? Obviously the best board texture that we can hope basically.

Hey,

Your pot odds of 20%% is really good so ill call.

The bet size is way too large so calling is not an option. We should jam over the top and prevent player 3from entering w any draws or over cards.
