I've moved this to the Holdem Manger forum, where it will receive more attention.
First, make you have cleared all your filters.
If, after clearing your filters, you still see no tournaments, let us know...

I'm hoping netsrak will have the answer...
But until he appears, here are a couple of other thoughts...
Are all your HM2 hands for the same user & poker room? If you have multiple users, perhaps you're on the wrong one?
Do you have multiple databases?
What has changed since the reports last worked?
If you re-import a recent hand history, does it say that the imported hands are duplicates?
Does that tournament now appear?
What room do you play at?
Do you still have a HUD when you play cash games?

Oh hang on -- I now understand the problem.
The entire "Tournament Results" report is missing from the list.
I misunderstood, and was thinking that the results were missing from the report.
What version are you running?
Did you recently install the beta update to 2.0.0.8118?
I am still using 2.0.0.8100 and the report shows in my list.
Let me know...

(if it matters, my computer stopped instantly and then disappeared tournament history ...)

If you really need it, perhaps the thing to do is to download the current production version to see if that fixes it.
Be certain you back up your databases.
You may also want to email HM2 support.

If a specific report is missing it may help to copy the original version from the program installation folder to the user folder.
In your case it's the file
c:\program files(X86)\holdemmanager\reports\Tournament Results.Report
close HM and copy this file to c:\users\yourname\appdata\roaming\holdemmanager\reports
