First, you're playing OOP, then I would choose a larger size for the 3bet, maybe even 4x since it's NL2 and fishes are likely to call a lot and with terrible hands, so I can get a lot of value out of this.

I think that your mistake in the hand is that you don't have a specific plan on how to play your hand. You just decide to 3bet for value hoping to get called by worst hands, but you decide to fold after his 4bet. In my opinion you should almost never 3bet/fold strong hands.

The sample is clearly too small to be considered so I would totally ignore the HUD and broke against his 4bet. It's to weak to fold QQ against a random imho.
