Here is a list of sites HM2 supports: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/521/Supported+Sites+-+Minimum+PC+Specs

You always need to look for a network or skin a site belongs to find out whether its supported.
PokerCent seems to be independent and a new software so its currently not supported. If the site has a noticable traffic and the software is able to write handhistories we may add it in the future.
The same seems to be the case for Balkan Texas

Thank you for you answer. The system has good HANDS HISTORY replayer, thats why I assume it is possible. Traffic is though questionable :) Yes, they have both the same system which I must say work good (history as well)

The PokerTracker list of supported poker sites and networks can be found here: https://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT4/supported.php

We usually advise using PokerScout.com to determine which network a poker skin belongs to, but neither Balkan Texas or PokerCent are listed here - it is rare that a poker skin or network is unlisted in PokerScout.com. A little bit of extra Google research showed that both PokerCent and Balkan Texas are on new networks that are unsupported at this time. If you would like to see these clients supported in the future please contact their support and ask them to speak with the developers of both PokerTracker and Holdem Manager to discuss support possibilities. Our respective companies have different policies regarding new poker client support, but the easiest path is to start with a discussion between the tracking company and the poker client developer.

funny answer from Poker Cent when I asked them about compatibility

Vojta (06:41:58) : Do you know any software that is illegal in all casinos? We kompatiblní, but pay attention to it. Try asking the other casinos and you will see that you will say the same thing. Use of the software is illegal, but casinos tolerate it.
M (06:43:10) : ok, I didnt know. So you say poker cent is neverhteless compatible with softwares ? Thank you
Vojta (06:43:44) : no
M(06:43:53) : ok
M(06:44:00) : thank you for your answer

You spoke with a low level support person who obviously is misinformed. Our software is not illegal anywhere in the world, we are permitted to operate under every known regulatory jurisdiction - even Nevada, but in Nevada the online poker sites do not have hand histories therefore both companies do not support the Nevada sites at this time. PokerTracker and Holdem Manager only support rooms that allow us in their terms of service; neither of our companies supports rooms without permission. Everything both of our companies do is 100% legal, if it were illegal then PokerTracker would not have been in business for 13 years ;-)
