Flop: Well checking is fine, betting is also fine. Flop isn't too wet, 4 and 5 are low cards and his fold vs Flop cbet is not too low. If he had lower FTCbet stats I would be more inclined to check.

Turn: Hmm I think it's a little too weak to call here but yea, bet is pretty small, calling can't be all that bad.

River: Once you get here, you definitely have to turn it into a bluff. I think your bet is a little awkward. You either bet 30-50% pot to rep thin value, or you pot it to rep the nut flush. I guess you are mostly repping 2nd nuts/3rd nuts here but I think betting smaller/larger should increase your overall expectation more (betting smaller allows you to bluff more cheaply, betting larger ensures that all non-flushes are folding).

Anyway based on his Turn size I don't think he has a very strong non-flush here and he either has a weak flush, or a 1p hand. The most appropriate size IMO is a 35% pot size bet because he calls when he has a small flush, and he would probably fold otherwise.

Ok, so on the river you dont expect him to fold small flush (like 9 and worse) even to pot size? Is it because his stats?

not really, but c/f-ing small flushes would make him highly exploitable. That would allow you to bluff way too much and he'll burn a ton of money here.
