Hello, I think given the price I'm given on the river I'm okay to call.
Would it be bad to call if he shoves/bets bigger ?

Perhaps you could offer some insights into the hand played

Why are you slowplaying set on the turn?
On the flop it's ok to slowplay since the board is dry, even though BB probably has a hand (but that also depends on stats and postflop tendencies).

On the turn you have to raise to get value from Kx, two pair, draws... There's a lot of worst hands which are going to call you raise, especially if BB is a fish.

The river is sick, but considering his action, you definitely can't fold imho. He's not repping a FD since he bets the same size on both flop and turn. He also bets smaller the river, then I don't really think he's on a flush :)

I have been through this hands again and again ... And I think that raising a turn is the most optimal line we take on this turn.

* Although, if villain's bet was about 60-100% psb, would we call or shove ?

I think as I played, definitely agree with my calling river readless in nl5 :)

I have shared the hand in 2p2, and comments are weird, some suggest shoving river like ez.

But I think shoving is just giving value to villain or betting off worse hands like JJ, sometimes QQ or slowplayed AA(yeah I wish). so only better call my river-shove imo

Thank you for replying to my hand posts !

a lot depends on who bb is.

if he's a fish just raise flop against his Kx gutshots whatever
if he's a reg call flop is ok, there's value in raising turn as his most likely holding is Kx and some people don't like to fold after they bet small. :f_biggrin:

as played raising river is close, i mean, which hands really are improved by the river... K:d x? would he donk a gutshot 4way otf?
and 99 probably isn't enough reason to be scared :f_biggrin:
