So my browser notifies me that connection to skrill is encrypted but there are elements on page that aren't secure and could be manipulated.
First time I see this, and I'm sure it wasn't there before.
Is this something to worry about?

Likely a bad implementation on Skrill's site. They are using images or other content from a non encrypted source on the site. Should be nothing to worry about, assuming all the critical parts are encrypted.
