Hey Guys,
a shop tried to to debit my Skrill Master Card 3 times(they were not supposed to do that) and now they have frozen my account and are not responding to emails. My Skrill Account was empty when the tried to deduct the money, unfortunately i have cashed out from micro gaming in the mean time and discovered this mess.
I have been in business with Skrill for over 4 years without any problems, can somebody help me pls?
EDIT: My Account is also missing 12 Euros, i guess they charged that for the failed debits that i never authorized?
