I'd definitey shove there. UTG will be pot committed in the bb next hand so should be shoving with at least 50% and you've got >60% equity against that range. Even if you get called your opponent most likey has overcards and sometimes has a smaller pair, so you're probably a slight favourite to win the side pot after a call and looking pretty good in the main pot as well. But I'm just a beginner, so don't trust my advice!

yes utg's range is weak so i would also move all-in to isolate.

hi

these spots have quite simple solution if u use software like Holdem resources calculator or ICMizer.

According the nash UTG shoving range should be :
83.7%, 22+ Qx+ J2s+ J3o+ T2s+ T5o+ 92s+ 95o+ 82s+ 85o+ 72s+ 74o+ 62s+ 64o+ 52s+ 53o+ 42s+ 32s
its quite reasonable since he has less than 2bb stack, therefore u should be reshoving this range :

33.9%, 22+ Ax+ K4s+ K9o+ Q7s+ Q9o+ J8s+ JTo T8s+ 98s 87s
So there is no way u can fold 99 here, because i.e if u reshove 99 in this spot u will be earning 2.4big blinds in long run and its huge.

Lets say u can fold the bottom of that range like Q9o/87s but i wouldnt do that very often since people in general have tendencies to overfold hands rather than calling wider.

because of UTG's crippled stack and blinds and antes hero only needs about 27% equity, if he can isolate UTG. Therefore it practically doesn't matter at all what range UTG is shoving here, as long as you know, that he is not only shoving pockets > 99 here. (of course he will shove much wider here.) so just treat UTG as "dead money" and reshove, like you would shove 99 first-in here anyway.
