Hi legand73

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: Kx potting the river is very very unlikely imo. Maybe 2p+ but your range is weak even to the weakest hand reader so that looks a lot more like bluff than anything else imo.

Ok. Going with this read what is the bottom of my range here? Can i call w/ 33 here?

What hands do you expect him to bluff with?

What beats most of those?

mmm well he generally calls flop w/ some sort of made hand since there aren't many draws on this board. I don't expect a hand like AJ to call flop often. I think Tx might be close to the bottom of my range here. I don't expect a lot of his pps to try bluff river either since they have some showdown value (but he can turn some of these into bluffs). Effectively i don't know the answer to this qustion :)

Flop is so dry that I doubt people just call made hands in these positions.

I can see at least Ax with backdoors but probably the majority can call. And even other connectors that have backdoors call here since it's such a dry flop that's being cbet a ton (but it depends on the players).

And since you don't think he bluffs small pairs (which is likely true) then he either bets a massive hand (Kx+ at the very least) or has nothing. So in that case is Tx or 7x that different?

In this case is 33 a call then since it's basically the same too?

If those are the assumptions you go with then yes 33 is very similar to all the other made hands you'd call with.
