Poker770 Bad Support

Hey!

I've joined Poker770 with the pokerstrategy bonus and the 20$ bonus for which I had to deposit 20$ or €. I've then again deposited 20€ from my Skrill account so I can withdraw to skrill later (and the customer service said it's ok to do it).

Now I haven't cleared the whole bonus yet but would like to withdraw some money I won anyway, because as I was told I can withdraw whatever is mine, just not the bonus until I rake enough. When I contacted them and asked how much can I withdraw at the moment I got no response and also my live chat support that could be found in the top right corner at Cashier was always available and is now gone all of a sudden.

Hey Jojo56789,

Yes. this is odd. I have just been reading their Ts + Cs and it would appear that you are perfectly entitled to request that withdrawal.

Keep trying to contact their support. I fear that the live chat option may have been withdrawn due to their support staff having to wear personal abuse, so please try and stay calm and civil when dealing with them.

I have resolved problems now and got the info on how much I can withdraw.
Will update when witdraw will be completed or if anything else comes up.
