I still have a tracked OLD Poker770 account to pokerstrategy, but it has been deleted recently, so I'm gonna open a new account in that room [legally, of course, already talked to the support], and I was wondering whether I am able to track this new account to pokerstrategy again ?

In cases like this I suggest creating a customer support ticket (go to bottom of that page) and give them all the details you can.
This way, you get official information.

Yep, saw it, thanks Tino ! 
But decided not to track anything this time, gonna wait till Im gonna be back at PokerStars
