Turn: ($2.50, 2 players) 2♦
UTG+1 bets $1.20, fold

UTG+1 wins $2.39

I think i could perhaps of made a call here because he bets small both streets, but if he was to bet 1/2 pot on a blank river too, can i really make a call? His stats are pretty tight, looks very nitty.

Hi DecMate

Against these nits that open UTG you can even fold hands like this.

When you flop an A or Q and have the best hand you rarely get any value from them. When they have the better hand you end up paying them up a few streets.

In this case we generally cannot call a 3-barrel so a 2-barrel is the most we can do.
