River overbet shove doesn´t usually make any sense unless he does not have boats, since you´re mostly calling there with Tx+ hands and should fold everything else

Basically I think fold is fine. Players are just not going crazy on low boards and likely you would still have folded to 11k bet and I´m not really sure you´re ahead 36,5%
Also loosing 19k would hurt you a lot more than winning 33k and since you´ve only put in 6300 chips I´m fine folding river.

I don't think the typical regular at this site bluffs in this spot, so I'm OK with our fold here on the river. But a standard good MTT reg strategy can easily be to minraise preflop, then size it at 1/3 on the flop, 1/2 on the turn and 2/3 or pot on the river. This allows them: the best price for their flop cbet (+ a lot of fear from repeated triple barrels), and to get more value or fold equity from turn/river bets, which are typically made with a stronger range.

But yeah I think in a PKR tournament you're just going to see him have Tx here when he overpot shoves the river.
