Seems fine to isolate loose passive not fully stacked fish.. plus 3bettor is pretty aggressive and we are in BU vs blinds situation with him.. so seems legit imo..

I dont like to give a donk 40% equity to justify his donk play. U mentioned he does it with any 2 cards: then he still has a 40% equity. So i would do that only with AA/KK to let him have 12% equity, not more.
So in this case as usual AQ is to strong to fold, but to weak to reraise.
