You massively overplayed your hand here

Your hand has value on the flop for sure but vs a hand which is 3-betting you and another person on the flop, who's already 3-bet you preflop, your cap makes absolutely no sense

It then leads to the turn where you have to bet despite the fact you probably have about 25% equity at best and have pretty much 0 fold equity vs your opponent's range.

And finally I'd x/r the river, I'd bet massively his hand is either an overpair (biggest possibility) or another big flush draw (much less likely) or (least likely) some bs insaneo 3-bet on the flop like 9Ts which has missed and in each case he's betting it. A "good lag" is not going to fail to value-bet the river here with the range he's repping just because a flush draw hit.

I agree to boomer. THe problem with capping the Flop is not that you don't have enough EQ on the Flop but consecutively you have to bet the Turn and if you don't improve , you are wasting money and as it happend here, you did even have to invest 2BB with just 25% and no FoldEquity and as boomer mentioned correctly, you should check the River. When you donk it looks 99% like the flushdraw and there is no hand that he's going to check on the River.

He'll bet QQ KK AA and he'll rarely put you on the Flushdraw since a flushdraw with no straightdraw along is even more an overplay. I saw quite a couple of hands where - when you did improve by the River - you opted donking over checkraising - which is just correct if the card is way more to your favour and hits your range way better and the opponent is really likely to check.

IN scenarios where you have a 1 card STraight on QTK and River is an A or there was another hand where your opponents 2 pairs got busted. Thats ok to donk too but here is no reason being afraid that hes checking.
