There's no need to panic just yet. It may take up to 48 hours to be credited. If it's not there in the next 24 hours or so, then the best suggestion would be to open a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page and give as much detail as possible.

All you can do now is wait for them to respond. You may need to show a little patience as they are also dealing with a lot of requests over the Poker770 to Netbet migration.
