Hi,
I assume blinds are 2,5k/5k. Since BB is sitting out I think it is close. Since he made it close to 3bb he likely has there strong hand. Shove is likely fine, although if you´re deep and he seems passive, he should almost never show there 75s hands and most likely going to b/c slightly better hands.

With 11bb effective (as BB is sitting out), his raise looks a lot stronger than a shove here IMHO. I would not expect any fold equity.
That's not to say A8s is a bad hand, however against villain's inducing range it is a bit too weak.
