In a regular small stakes tournament that I play, I was Big Blind.
SB= 3,000 BB= 6,000. NO ANTES.
2 Callers between BB and Button.
Button MIN RAISES to 12,000.
SB folds.
I am BB. My Stack is 41,000.
I Reraise ALL IN with KJ offsuit.
Callers fold.
Button's stack is 63,000.
Button calls my all in which costs her 65% of her stack.
She shows pocket fives 55 which hold up.
Would you have called the Big Blind's all in raise with 55?

Note also that I'm not a tournament expert.
However, when the effective stack is < 10BB I treat everything as a shove.
To do a proper ICM it is necessary to know the payout structure, and all the other stacks.
The reason is that (for example) if you are on the bubble (it sounds like there are 5 players left) and one of the players is very short this is a clear fold.
For example, I gave the 2 players that folded before the button and the SB stacks of 25000 and assigned the tournament a standard 0.5, 0.3, 0.2 payout structure.
Treating BU's minraise a shove means your shove is just calling a shove, because under those circumstances BU will rarely minraise/fold (and if you know they can, then you MUST shove).

The button should def not min-raise the limpers as she should have no fold equity doing so. Even with AA I would raise larger in her shoes.
So I would never have played it as she did in that sense. I would have shoved for 10bbs facing two limpers.
But if I was transported into her seat AFTER her min-raise and your shove, I certainly would snap call yes. Here's the reason:
There's 9000 from blinds in there, plus the limpers money (12k) plus her 12k min-raise, equalling 33k. Then there's your 41k (assuming you had 41k back, not incl. your BB). That totals 74k. She has to call 35k (since she's put in 12k already and you had 6k in, she calls your 41k - the difference) to win 74k, meaning she must win the hand 32.1% of the time to break-even on her call. Of course she wants some profit, so say she wants to win 35% of the time to turn a profit overall.
Let's see how tight you have to be shoving for that to be a losing call with 55. Vs. QQ+, AKo+ she has 35.6% equity, so she can call even if she puts you on that tight a range, which of course is ridic. tight. If we dropped out AKo it would be a losing call.
