i dont htink you should care about 4bet range stats too much because of sample sizes
however if you think so is rather tight then i would not 3bet TT
if you do however 3b/5b should be standard - which is likely to be good in these positions against most players

I will slowplay KK/AA a lot but TT is too weak to slowplay and def strong enough to jam when we can expect him to fold 60-70% of the time vs a 5bet.

would you then also shove 22-QQ, and suited aces vs him?
What would you do with AK, QQ? QQ also needs protection, but shoving is like semi-bluff, AK doesnt need much protection but aslo shoving is semi-bluff.

Definitely 3b/5betting most of my AXs and all pairs. Or you could shove a hand like Q9s and flat the 4b with A9s. A9s plays pretty well in a 4b pot

QQ/AK can be played either way, though I usually shove or small 5bet.

only because he folds slightly too much to 5bets you start 3b/5betting all pairs and suited Ax???
