I expect when he checks to fold often.Either way his x/call is definitely weak.
Most of his value hands simply cbet flop expecting to get floated a lot imo.
Checking back turn induces some donks on the river, either way his range is really weak. By river I think I can bet bigger because although his range is hardly ever calling he can call bigger with his weird slowplays.
