Preflop: Do you have any reason to believe that he is bluff heavy here? Does he have a high fold to 4bet of 55%+?

If his fold to 4bet is <50%, you are probably losing value by slowplaying your AA. Unless you think he will spazz out postflop.

Postflop: Easy calldown, or bet yourself when checked to. I think AA is almost always good here after he checks the River. Would be pretty silly of him to take a c/c line with a hand like QQ/JJ after betting twice (those hands should check-call the flop)

180 hands is way too small sample i think.
The reason i believe hes polarized pre is that we are 140bb deep. I dont think hes shipping in 140 bb preflop with AQ+,TT+. Not even sure about AK+,QQ+. More like KK+ and bluffs.
Myself if i in BB 140bb deep i would not 3b AQ+, 99-KK just flat. The reason is i dont want to face 4b (and to keep limper in off course). Im not big fan to go broke pre this deep and not sure if i want to play huge 4b pot oop deep.

yes he might not ship those hands in. But he could still call the 4bet with those hands which would be the best play.

Position isn't that important when the pot is already so huge and there is little money left behind in stacks. Your decisions are going to be relatively straight-forward.
