I realize that while playing at the casino it would be next to impossible to play poker at more than one table simultaneously, however; I like to play a few different tournament that happen to be playing at the same time. I find I have no problems taking on sometimes even three or four different games and still doing alright, this post though I would like to address the instances of just two tiourney play.
Do any of you who play two tables online at the same time notice the pattern that happens, I'd say, approximately 13 to 14 times out of 10 (lol, not actually) but more often than not, that the hand you are dealt on table A would damn near be the nuts on the board dealt in table B, and vice versa????
Like what the heck is with that? I wish I could take my cards and pass them to myself in a little switcher under the table and then confidently push. This is so common that I've even noticed that if Im playing on two different clients the same damn thing happens my 67suited matches up with the other flush cards on the table from across the damn world and what I really coulda used on the one from here is my AT that I was dealt on table flipping 2.
Do you notice this too? Is it purely co-incidence? Aka the grass is always greener scenario or wtf???

I understand the feeling of holding TT on one table and another table has a T on the flop; of course it would be ideal for a similar board to come down on the TT table.
Ultimately though it's just finding patterns in randomness, as we don't consider or care to remember the uncorrelated instances; but then it wouldn't be much of a thread if OP said I had KQs on one table and the other table brought 742 rainbow...
Yup, have KT at one table and on the other flop is something like KTT. And things like getting the same hand on 3 tables out of 6.
But i wouldn't say it happens very often, we just tend to remember these things.
You only notice/see the nuts on the other table bc you are looking for them. It's entirely random - but no less annoying. ♦ Same thing if you are thinking about buying a new car of a less common brand, suddenly you notice people driving around with that brand all the time.

How may people have a "favourite hand" -- Doyle Brunson's T2o comes to mind.
Mine was J8o
Early on, I flopped Jacks full of 8s, and for quite a while I would randomly call with it -- and did surprisingly well. I STILL notice flops where J8 would be the nuts.
We notice patterns because it is what we do. The trick is determining which ones have meaning and which ones are just pretty cloud pictures.

And one other thing is that if we have TT at table 1, there are only two T's left in the deck, but at the table 2 there are still all four T's in the deck. So obviously it's much more likely that at least one of them finds it's way to the flop.
