I am glad you like it... Well its complicated with my job right now, mine boss is brother of my uncle, and whole family knows about him. That he is unreliable and I am the only child in the family so my salary should be OK for now That said I am working from my home- working isnt the right word, there is nothing to do so I am playing poker home

My goal for leaving nl20 would be to beat the limit for 2-3 months or 5000 usd BR. Next month I want to play a lot more - around 1500 rake which would be 870 RB.

Todays session: not a long one 1,5K hands, I won a lot of big pots, but I think I am still bleeding money in some medium size pots. In the past I keep calling a lot of x/R now I am folding a lot cause it seems that ranges are unbalanced towards the value in most regs.

What limits do you play guys ? Do you have some recent experiences from NL 20?

This is just awful month - 773. I am just shy on the 1000 usd.

Next Goal - Step 1: staying on nl20 and be breakeven player.

Are you playing only speed tables or normal tables too ? I'm also a reg at NL20 ipoker, I have lotes of notes on most regs there, if you want I cant talk with you about what I think when playing against you (if we ever came across each other at the tables obv). And we can talk about other regs that we face as well.

Maybe I will move down, but I didnt have loosing month like this for a year. I usually am breakeven and with RB I have some profit. Last month I ended up +300 and this month after all bonuses and RB I am down 300.

Lets just hope that I wouldn't need to move down.

Maybe it will do some good for your self confidence how many tables do you play?

Hey man, I looked at HM and I think i never played a single hand agains you, we might play on different hours (even though I don't have a tight schedule when playing)
But I have like 3k datamined hands of you, for what I could see I kinda like your style, but you might be putting to much agression where you don't have FE, on spots where villains ranges are strong.

And NL20 ipoker should not be difficult to get out, specially with rakeback.
Just try not to spew off your stack, with what I saw on your stats I would be calling you a lot, so use that to extract value when you have it but don't go over thinking ppl are trying to push you off and stuff, when regs see players like you they tend counter it by calling you when they have hands, instead of trying to push you off.

Allright guys, I did one hour long session at nl10 and wow difference is huge - people are so tight, first 4bet after 250 hands ♦ lots of fishes at the tables.
Aaand I lost obviously ♦ but just 1,5 buyin, lost some coinflips and I realize JJ aren't that strong in allin. Sorry for not keeping my promises cause I didn't kill myself ♦

Thank you riprlz. Yes you're right, I am now bluffing a lot less. I think I play too straightforward now because everyone has hands on me and notes. I used to reraise bluff a lot of flops IP and cbets turn and people keeps folding, now I think I can't even cbet profitably.

Also I think I am folding to 3Bet too much, around 70 %. I think reason for that is my high BTN open, should I bluff 4Bet more vs blinds? My 4bet range is only 3.9%. What hands should I 4Bet bluff on BTN? I am also calling 3bets like AQs, AQo,AJs, KQs,KQo, KJs, to keep their ranges weak because they started adjusting and keep 3B me 15-20% - so vs regulars I am opening less, around 40%.

I think you should fold a lot to 3bet cause at NL20 ppl are not 3betting that wide.
When you get 3bet after opening from EP or MP you should not even care about beeing bluffed cause it just doesn't happen enough.
Also I think that realizing how vilain plays in 3bet pots OOP helps you more than the cards you call it with, you will see that still most regs at NL20 ipoker play pretty str8 forward in 3bet pots.

Another thing you can do, mostly against vilains who you have at least 10k hands, is looking for what is their 3bet range. You can do this by going at the 'preflop cards' tab on HM1 (don't know how is it on HM2) and selecting 3bet. There you can also see the frequency they 3bet with premium hands. You can also do it for call 3bet.

Another thing I would say, is that if you feel that there is a reg that is inclined to 4bet you light on blindwars you should exclude your ace rags as bluff range and start adding small PP intending to shove if you get 4bet. Your equity when called is better with pocket pairs than Ax against a premium hands range that is what they are going to call your 5betshove with.
But have in mind that when you get called it is a awful hand to play with cause you are OOP and if you dont flop a set (that does not happen that often) you will have a pair with lots of overcards on the flop. So if vilain is the type that respond to 3bet IP by calling you should add your big broadways and have a wider value range..

There are some other hands that when OOP play 4bet or fold agains 3bets, never calling. This is a situation where it is interesting to 3bet you PP intending to 5bet shove.

IE. lets say you are BU w/ 55 and LAG CO opens. Your 55 is agains a relatively weak range here, so when you hit your set it is difficult to extract a lot of value cause most of vilains hands are not good enough to play big pots. On the other hand, if you see that he is the kind of guy that plays 4bet or fold OOP this is a nice spot to 5bet shove your 55 agains his 4bet.

Yes I am folding a lot, I still gave them credit. I want to know what I should play on the BTN where I open 40-70% hands. There it feels exploitative, I have seen people 3betting my light from blinds with even K9o vs my minraise. So I was thinking about constructing my range. Vs this active regs I will open only 40%, I think I can call with 9,5% hands 88-66,AQs-A6s,KJs+,QTs+,JTs,T9s,98s,87s,AQo-ATo,KQo(I am not sure with this range) and 4b value range 99-AA, AKs, AKo - 3.92 %, 4B bluff range 22-55,A2s-A5s.

Thank you that is really good point w/PPs vs weak ranges. I would say my 3B/5B range vs this guy would look like 22-55, A2s-A5s (there is similair equity and they have some blockers) which is 3,02% and value 3B/shove JJ-AA,AKs, AKo 3,02% so that is pretty balanced. I don't think it is necessary to be that balanced on this limit. What do you think ?
