Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

Known players:
[tg]CO$4.74:///////;BU$5.05:///////;SB (Hero)$5.00:///////;BB$4.02:///////;MP3$2.43:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is SB with T:c, J:c.
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.06, BB raises to $0.23, Hero calls $0.17.

Flop: ($0.46) K:c, 8:s, A:c (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $0.24, Hero raises to $1.20, BB calls $0.96.

Turn: ($2.86) 8:d (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $1.40, Hero folds, BB gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $2.86.

Hi should I give up turn as played, assuming he is rarely folding a single A let alone stronger? Or jam turn w 12 outs against (almost) any non-fullhouse hand?

Hi,

General advise would be never fold royal draw until river.
Once you raise/called pre-flop and hit one of the best draws I like your big flop c/r, but then you should stay with your plan and shove all-in on the turn.
If he does not have AK+ then it is very hard to call you down. Your only problem is that 8 is not the best card to your range (now it is very unlikely that you have 88 in your range, but players would generally not think to that if they face big turn shove).
If you check I would likely c/c half pot bet, since there are still enough money behind and unless he does not have boat then you should still have decent equity to win the pot.
You always have another option: instead c/r flop, you can c/c flop, hoping he would check back turn and after that you can bet river 2/3 or 3/4 pot to take it down.
or if he barrels turn then c/c again to then lead river if you hit (although c/r should also be fine). That way you don´t build big pot and get the same information

Hi,
I think you're should not call oop, i prefer fold PF.
As played x/r F is very good and shove on the turn
