I have an existing play money account on Party Poker. I'm wondering if I'm still entitled to the bonus since I haven't converted it to a real money account yet. If I can't do that, is there a way to cancel my existing account and create a second one? I tried contacting Party Poker customer support but they're not able to help people with play money accounts.

Hi Calron,
If you only have an old play-money account you can ask the support to delete your old account which they will often accommodate. If they have deleted your old account you can create a new one with our bonus code. If you already have a real money account it is not possible to be re-tracked to PokerStrategy.
