Regarding deactivating my account the site says to contact them through a link at the bottom.
The link I press does not go anywhere.
I just need help with deactivating my account, contacting Pokerstrategy.com
Any help is greatly appreciated

We don't generally deactivate accounts. You could send a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
