Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]SB$5.21:///////;BB$6.38:///////;MP2 (Hero)$7.42:///////;MP3$2.30:///////;CO$12.35:///////;BU$8.49:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 3:h, A:h.
Hero raises to $0.06, MP3 folds, CO raises to $0.16, 2 folds, BB calls $0.14, Hero calls $0.10.

Flop: ($0.49) 8:h, A:c, T:c (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, CO bets $0.06, BB calls $0.06, Hero calls $0.06.

Turn: ($0.67) T:s (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, CO checks.

River: ($0.67) 9:d (3 players)
BB bets $0.68, Hero folds, CO folds, BB gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $0.67.

What is BB´s range on the river? I know it is a questionable call pre (by me). But as played, I was strongly tempted to call river. But there are some hands he might have, e.g. T9 that he wanted to c-r or c-c on turn

BB is extremely strong here. Hence the pot sized bet into 2 players.

It's an easy fold.
