I would check behind. Don't think you're going to get called by many worse hands and you're certainly not folding out an ace. QQ might call but that's about it.

Preflop is fine, we can also just stack off here.

Flop call pretty standard vs BB cbet here.

Turn is actually pretty close to a fold. It's true he has less combos of Ax on this specific turn card but it's also a card he may not bluff super frequently.

Since turn was super close, river will generally be a check-behind. Not impossible that we will get calls from stuff like QQ/JJ that played this way, but we probably won't have over 50% equity vs his whole calling-range and likely can't profitably value-bet.
