So I'm playing a tournament on Pokerstars and another on Full Tilt and want stats on both of them.
Is it possible?
Its showing me stats only on Stars.

I haven't tried it myself, but I have always been under the impression that the HUD would display on all supported poker room tables simultaneously.
Have you had the HUD work on Full Tilt by itself? That would be my first thing to try is be sure that it will work on each site correctly separately. If it does then try together.

Ok so I tried it with FT seperately and it does not show. What should I change in the settings or check or uncheck? Also when i look in the profiles I only see a Pokerstars profile, but not FT. But the folder with FT hands is on auto detect. I tried importing manually but nothing changes.

It doesn't detect Full Tilt tables in Table finder at all!
Everything is set to English. History is checked in to be saved. I have selected the correct folder to be scanned. I have no clue what to do!

Try following the above guide, see if it helps? 
Do the hands appear in HM? If not either the handhistory folder is wrong under site setup or the handhistory language is not set to english
Everything is is english and the folders are correctly set in the auto detect etc.
But it doesnt show FullTilt under site options, only Pokerstars. Its like i FT doesnt exist
Site options is something different, you need to start in the Site Setup!
Under Site Setup in HM2 all supported Sites are listed. I don't see why you should have no Full Tilt entry, can you please add a screenshot?

Try to import the hands manually via Hand Importing -> Import file. Does this work?

Also tried manual import. Doesnt help.
Can it be cause its a trial version?

Please update to our latest release. Your version is much to old to support the new FTP software
